1-800-Packouts’ vision is to be the Unified Front in the Contents Restoration Industry in order to serve Carriers, their Affiliates, and Insureds Nationwide with the utmost attention to detail and service, so as to provide the highest level of client satisfaction during and at completion of the claims process through the use of our innovative techniques for handling the packing, moving, and cleaning of a client’s personal property contents, while maintaining an empathetic and understanding attitude during the claims process.

The Insurance Restoration Industry has
experienced many changes in the last several years. Over time, the industry has gone through a restructuring that has redirected the course of the claims process. Today's personal property loss and how it's handled has almost become unrecognizable from years past.
Our founders have spent their careers in the Insurance Restoration Industry and have witnessed these changes. Something began to make itself clear to them. The personal property claims portion was largely uncontrollable, both to contractors as well as Insurance Carriers. This where the story of 1-800-Packouts begins.
Recognizing the specialized need in contents mitigation, 1-800-Packouts found a way to provide security and controllability the Carriers needed while allowing the Restoration professional to be free of liabilities and stresses typical of dealing with contents. The opportunity was there and they recognized it.
Pioneers of the contents industry...
At 1-800-Packouts we had to build an organization from the ground up. The standards and procedures had to be meticulously reviewed and tested in the real world claims
environment. Once our team with all the years of experience contents experience they had the highest standards we were ready for the launch of our program. This is why we're The National Packout Company and the Pioneers of the Contents Industry.
